We presented 3 samples and obtained 3 medals!!!

Decanter - Novembre 2023 Domaine des Remizières Crozes-Hermitage Cuvée Christophe Blanc 2022 – 91pts « Tobacco and cedar oak on the nose, then inlaid into the palate. Good acidity helps to bring balance with the alcohol, and it ends on cinnamon and nutmeg spice. A bombastic white Crozes with big impact and flavour thanks, in part, to its 30% new oak. » Domaine des Remizières Cornas 2022 – 91pts « A particularly smoky nose, with woodsmoke and smoked duck. Concentrated and remarkably supple and soft on the mid-palate, plenty of fruit and well-balanced acidity. The oak does dominate the finish currently in terms of aroma, but it also helps to build body and smooth out the texture, though also adds a drying note to the finish. Will be good in time, in an oaked style. 50% new oak, 50% one-year-old barrels for 15 months. » |
