Vinification in inox tank and 600 liters new barrels with temperature control, with punching and pumping over.
Vatting 25 to 30 days.
This wine is then aged for 15 months in barrels (50% new barrel, 50% one year old barrel).
Deep red robe
Spice and red fruits aromas. Complex wine.
This wine can be served from 4/5 years old and can be kept up to 10 years.
It suits with red meats, games and cheese.
